In celebration of her Allysha Joy's new album, The Making Of Silk, Joy is embarking on a world tour, and bringing this beautiful show to our humble warehouse by the sea.

Allysha Joy is a deeply-dedicated singer, songwriter, producer & keys player hailing from Naarm (Melbourne), known for both her solo work and as front woman for 30/70. A uniquely-talented artist, her husky soulful voice, formidable Fender Rhodes prowess and raw poeticism has garnered legions of attentive fans the world over.

As an integral performer in the modern day jazz-soul scene, previous support has included selectors Gilles Peterson, Jamz Supernova & Huey Morgan (BBC 6 Music), Jamie Cullum (BBC Radio 2), China Moses (Jazz FM) & Laurent Garnier (PBB France), along with stations such as NTS, Lot Radio, KEXP & KCRW, and publications like OkayPlayer, Dazed and The Vinyl Factory.Along with a recent foray into the USA market with a string of successful shows, Allysha Joy has performed alongside acts such as Snarky Puppy, The Teskey Brothers, PJ Morton, Kokorokoand Children of Zeus, to name a few.

Don Glori is a pseudonym for Melbourne based artist Gordon Li.

Carefully considered compositions that facilitate heavy doses of improvisation, Don Glori’s music reflects a deep fascination in Jazz, House and Brazilian music. Tied together by his inimitable spirit and dedication to making it groove. 

He has spent the majority of 2024 overseas, spreading his music to European ears and beyond. Don Glori is home for a brief moment at the end of this year, and we are thrilled to bring him over to Kaurna Country for a beautiful night of music.

Jamie Lena is an emerging artist from Tarndanya, South Australia, known for her soul-stirring blend of alt/folk music. Her evocative vocals and poignant songwriting delve into themes of introspection, collaboration, and the delicate balance of this human experience. This human is one to watch, truly some of the most breathtaking music to come out of this state in a long while.

Porch Records brings to you:
A beautiful evening of music, wine, vinyl and niceness at our creative home and record store, Summertown Studio.
A warehouse nestled in the industrial zone of Somerton Park 20 minutes from Adelaide CBD, and 4 minutes from the beach.

By day, it operates as a creative space, complete with a coffee bar, retail space, record store and home to creative tenants. By night, the space is completely transformed into a live music venue, for curated touring shows. We bring in all production & operators for each individual shows, and it's truly something special.

This will truly be something magic.
