Almond Insect Pest Update - Webinar

Join us for an informal industry webinar on Wednesday the 27th of May 2026, featuring the latest almond insect pest research and management updates. Dr Samantha Edley (Agriculture Science & Technology, formerly Agriculture Victoria Research) will present current research on key almond pests, including progress in developing tools for almond carpophilus beetle and carob moth management, updates on a cost–benefit analysis of sealed storage, and Jo Holloway will also discuss stockpile fumigation challenges and provide practical advice. The ABA will provide information on upcoming resources such as the updated Almond Pest and Disease Guide and Masterclass. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions and share observations from the current season for open discussion.
