Altar/d States: Session 01

Somewhere between "huge night" and "in bed by 9", dancing got lost.

Now it's either six drinks and a Saturday you'll never get back, or a wellness routine that feels like a second job.

Nice is boring. Naughty costs you the weekend.

So we created something different.


All the ritual of a night out. None of the sacrifice

Lineup:

Zoe Marsh, High Priestess of the dance floor
Zoe isn't here to teach you steps. She's here to get you out of your head and into the room.

Nasty Nun, The sisters behind the bar
Hedonism and health can coexist. Nasty Nun pours the first drink and the last: a naughty non-alc pour to set your intention for the night, and one more to toast whatever you left on the dance floor.

Every congregation needs a sermon. Ours is going to be loud.

What to expect:

Must be experienced to be defined.

• Wear something you're comfy to move in.

• No dance experience needed.

• No alcohol or substances.

• Bring a drink bottle (you're going to get thirsty)
