Alumni Night 2026: Past, Present & Possibility

Our 2026 theme, Past, Present & Possibility, celebrates how the experiences that shape us, the choices we make today, and the possibilities ahead all contribute to the careers we build. As we reflect on ten years of WEB, this theme invites us to look back at the lessons and experiences that have shaped our journeys, consider where we stand today, and explore what the future of business and leadership could look like.

Career journeys are rarely linear. They are shaped by unexpected opportunities, changing ambitions, challenges, and the courage to take a different path. Past, Present & Possibility challenges traditional ideas of what a successful career should look like and encourages attendees to embrace growth, lead authentically, and remain open to possibilities beyond the paths they originally imagined.

This year’s panel will bring together accomplished alumni and industry professionals from diverse backgrounds and career journeys. Through an engaging panel discussion and Q&A, our speakers will share their experiences navigating career transitions, challenging traditional expectations, developing authentic leadership styles, and creating opportunities for themselves and others. Attendees will gain insights not only into where these leaders are today, but also into the experiences, decisions, and turning points that have shaped their journeys.

2026 also marks 10 years of Women Entering Business. Over the past decade, WEB has grown into a community dedicated to supporting students as they build confidence, develop professional networks, and navigate the transition from university into their careers. Alumni Night 2026 is both a celebration of how far our community has come and an opportunity to imagine what the next decade could hold for WEB and its emerging leaders.

Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with our speakers, sponsors, alumni, industry professionals, and fellow students while enjoying canapés and refreshments. Whether you are beginning to explore your career, preparing to enter the workforce, or looking to expand your professional network, Alumni Night offers an opportunity to learn from those who have come before you while building connections that may shape what comes next.
