The Leadership Retreat program is designed for leaders like you, who want to maintain your leadership momentum, grow your leadership capabilities, and tap into the collective wisdom of your LV Alumni peers to stimulate or rejuvenate your leadership. Â
This 2-day immersive program will include cutting-edge leadership frameworks and thinking, collaborative diagnostic work, group coaching and dynamic guest speakers. It will provide you with insights to tackle real-world challenges, while leading with creativity, innovation and confidence. Â
With fresh outlooks and support from fellow LV Alumni, you’ll return to your work equipped and inspired to spark innovation and drive meaningful results in your work.  Â
This 2-day, 1-night residential program is an opportunity for Leadership Victoria Alumni to:
- Expand your leadership capabilities, exploring creative leadership approaches to progress on real systemic challenges, drive change and enhance organisational performance.Â
- Develop a clear path to fostering creativity, innovation and adaptability within yourself and your team, ensuring long-term success.Â
- Connect with the diversity of the Leadership Victoria Alumni network and harness the power of shared experiences to propel your leadership journey forward. Â
- Stimulate and rejuvenate your leadership and connections, equipping you to return to your real world refreshed and inspired.Â
It will also include a special visit to the Chelsea Australian Garden, recreated at the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden after winning the coveted Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal, and a leadership session with the garden's designer, Phillip Johnson, an award-winning horticulturalist, landscape designer and sustainability advocate.
