About Lauren Lacey:

Lauren Lacey is a passionate advocate for holistic well-being and global community impact. She combines her expertise as a Masters-trained Psychotherapist, Naturopath, and Nutritionist with a deep commitment to helping individuals unlock their physical and mental potential through movement, nutrition, and mindfulness.

With years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Lauren has dedicated herself to empowering people to live healthier, more balanced lives. Her therapeutic approach integrates mind-body principles, nutritional psychology, and trauma-informed care to support transformation.

Beyond her work in wellness, Lauren also serves as the International Volunteer Manager for Involvement Volunteers International (https://volunteering.org.au)), a renowned non-profit organisation with over 35 years of experience facilitating meaningful volunteer experiences worldwide. In this role, she leverages her leadership and organisational skills to connect volunteers with impactful projects across more than 20 countries, fostering cultural exchange and sustainable community development.

Lauren’s dual passions for personal transformation and global service reflect her belief in the power of individual action to create ripple effects of positive change.
