Amber Lane Whisky Dinner with Rod Barry at Enzo's Macarthur

Some whiskies are best understood with the person who made them sitting just across the table.

On Friday 13th November, we're welcoming Rod Barry, founder of Amber Lane Distillery, to Enzo's Macarthur for a night that's as much about the people and the stories as it is about what's in the glass. Rod will guide you through five of his whiskies, sharing where each one began, what shaped it, and the little details that only come from years spent at the still.

Alongside each pour, our kitchen has created a four-course menu designed to sit comfortably with the whisky. Some flavours will meet in the middle; others will surprise you. All of it is meant to be lingered over.

Expect warm light, good company, and the kind of conversation that carries on well after the last glass. Whether you know your whisky well or you're simply curious, you'll leave knowing a just a little more.
