Join us on Saturday 14 November 2026 at Lakeside Bendigo for the Inaugural Amegilla Gala — an evening of connection, conversation, lived experience and community.

This year, we’re inviting Bendigo to discover The Amegilla Project.

Amegilla College Inc. is working to create meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent people across our region — building connection, community and places where people can genuinely belong.

At the heart of The Amegilla Project are two important parts of our vision:

💙 The Amegilla Hub
Our immediate focus — creating opportunities for neurodivergent adults to connect, participate, build skills, share experiences and belong within their community.

🐝 Amegilla College
Our longer-term vision for a dedicated educational option for neurodivergent learners in Bendigo — one built around individual strengths, needs, connection and belonging.

But The Amegilla Project isn't something we want to build alone.

The Gala will bring together neurodivergent people and families, local businesses, disability and community organisations, educators, professionals and supporters from across our region.

Throughout the evening, you'll hear from keynote speakers, parents and neurodivergent people with lived experience, sharing perspectives that help us better understand where the gaps remain, what meaningful support can look like, and what becomes possible when we listen to the people at the centre of our community.

We'll share our mission, our vision and what comes next — and start conversations about how individuals, organisations and businesses can work alongside Amegilla through collaboration, referral pathways, partnerships, sponsorship and community connection.

There will also be plenty to enjoy throughout the evening, including dinner, fundraising activities, silent auction opportunities, raffles and more.
