Ami Williamson's live show has been described as forceful, funny, powerful and poetic – a singer-songwriter like no other!
Ami is one of those rare female singer-songwriters, whose richly diverse musical upbringing had her taking the stage not only in opera and classical, but also touring with her father, legendary country music artist John Williamson.
Ami takes you through a selection of songs from her albums, then shows off her skill as a classically-trained pianist, with the haunting ‘Soldier's Wife', and a poignant ballad version of the Angels classic Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again. She finishes off with some hilarious feminista songs, ‘The Mother-in-Law Song' and ‘Al Pacino', and then does a send-up of her opera days.
