• Updates on WA’s marine heatwave from DPIRD

Student Prize Night (6:30 PM onwards)

Finalists will present their Honours or Masters research in 10-minute talks. Prizes include:
🏆 First Prize – Registration for the AMSA National Conference 2025 (judged by industry panel)
🌟 People’s Choice Award – Voted by the audience
🎉 All finalists receive a free AMSA membership for one year!

Enjoy free drinks and nibbles while networking with industry, government, and academic marine scientists.

📢 Eligibility: Honours/Masters students who submitted in 2024
📝 Submit a 300-word abstract (no images) to wa@amsa.asn.au by March 18, 2025
📅 Finalists announced March 25, 2025
