The Autumn Court is calling—and for one enchanted evening, we’re answering.

Join Vancouver Romantasy Book Club and In Our Romantasy Era Book Club for An Autumn Court Equinox Evening. This intimate, 18+ gathering celebrates the October 27 release of Sarah J. Maas’s A Court of Splintered Harmony with fellow ACOTAR fans.

The evening promises bookish games, autumn treats worthy of a High Lord’s feast, a touch of Velaris magic, and plenty of questionable theories as we make our final predictions before the new book arrives.

Come dressed in your best fae finery, Autumn Court-inspired attire, or simply whatever makes you feel comfortable. Costumes are enthusiastically encouraged, but absolutely not required.

A Feast Worthy of Prythian

This evening will be potluck-style, and we strongly encourage each guest to bring a dish to share—though contributing is not required to attend. Autumn-inspired dishes are especially welcome, and clever ACOTAR-themed creations may earn you eternal bragging rights.

Sliding-Scale Tickets

Tickets are on a sliding scale, beginning at $5, with all guests receiving the same admission and access to the complete event experience. Choose the amount that feels accessible to you.

$20 per guest helps us cover the venue, activity supplies, decorations, and other event costs. If you’re able to contribute a little more, your support helps us keep lower-cost tickets available for fellow members of our community.

Guests who purchase a ticket for $20 or more will also receive a guaranteed event goodie bag, with the contents to be revealed soon!

Before You Cross the Wall

This event is for guests 18 and older.

Our trivia, conversations, and theories will probably contain spoilers for all five previously published ACOTAR books. Reading the full series is recommended for the best experience, but it is not required to attend.

We will be taking photos throughout the evening, which may be shared by the hosting book clubs. If you would prefer not to be featured, please let one of the hosts know when you arrive.

Copies of A Court of Splintered Harmony will not be sold or distributed at this event. This is a community gathering where our book clubs can celebrate, speculate, and connect before the release.
