An End of Year Deep Recharge and Reset in November- An evening Sound Healing Journey with Jonny Mew
Event description
Do you need a deep recharge?
Is your Nervous System feeling a bit frazzled?
Has your mind been very busy and you’d like to be able to drop in more easily with the help of sound?
Would you like to feel more calm and inner connection in a safe and calm environment?
I’m running my sixth live and intimate public group ‘Vocal Sound Healing Journey’ at the Bli Bli Hall ( Chappel ) on Saturday 23rd November 6:30-8:30pm , and I would love to invite you along for an intimate afternoon of inner connection and nourishing nervous system relaxation, using Breath, Meditation and Sound.
I’ll be using a combination of instruments I’ve learned over many years such as the Singing Bowl, Didgeridoo, Drum, Flute and other surprises, with Voice as the main offering.
This is an intimate special event for just 13 people, so please book ASAP if you’d like a spot.
In my experience, sound healing is deeply relaxing, has a regulating effect on the nervous system and this can lead to a deeply restored state and inner connection. The sound does the work, so you can just take some time to be and let go.
A previous participant shared that she’d never felt as deeply relaxed before as during and after my sound healing journey.
