Event description

Founder of the The Thin Green Line Foundation - Sean Willmore will bring you to the frontline of conservation around the world. Whether it's Maasai Rangers protecting elephants, rhinos, and lions on the Savannah of Africa under Kilimanjaro or Amazonian Indigenous Rangers patrolling by boat and foot for illegal forestry and mining, Sean will update you on the state of Rangers across the globe, and their efforts to protect nature through a pandemic.

Drawing on his experience from visiting 50+ countries and Thin Green Line's current projects, Sean's stories are captivating, sometimes moving, sometimes hilarious and always straight from the source.

On the eve of a federal election, you can leave the promises of politicians behind for the night and hear about real action on the ground by Rangers giving their all to mitigate climate change, protect our treasured biodiversity, protect indigenous culture and even save you from the next Pandemic.

Dr Jane Goodall OBE, an Ambassador for TGLF and a personal friend of Seans, said "this work is the missing link in conservation - Protecting Natures Protectors". Come and hear one of conservations best story tellers explain why Jane and many others see this conservation work, via Rangers, as critical for our planet's healthy future.
