An evening of Christmas stories by candlelight

An evening of Christmas stories by candlelight.

Join us at Kemptown Bookshop for a cosy night of enchanting festive tales read by Shakespeare's Globe actor Dickon Tyrrell who will bring to life classic and contemporary Christmas stories.

An event for grown-ups who still believe in a little Christmas magic.

Refreshments are included in the ticket price.

Dickon has worked in regional theatre, West End, The Royal Court, the RSC and extensively at Shakespeare’s Globe since 2007 as both a teacher and an actor. He's also been on TV in Law and Order and Coronation Street and made his feature film debut in The Isle starring alongside Conleth Hill and Alex Hassell.

We apologise for the inconvenience but our bookshop is currently not wheelchair accessible. The toilet is located on the ground floor. The event space is located at the top of a staircase (17 steps).
