Join Paola and Mia for a blissful evening of Hatha Yoga & Sound Healing at the Mysterium Temple in Ingleside. 

Immerse your body and senses with an extended gentle Hatha Yoga practice with live music - where we will dive deep into nourishment and bodily awareness, followed by a sound healing for integration and rejuvenation of your cells.

The yogic practice will guide you inwards to encourage a deeper connection to your higher self, which will then be supported with live sound healing to bring your energy back into alignment and balance.
