Zoom Access: Your event access link will be delivered by email prior to the event. Your current Humanitix page states that the Zoom link will be sent the day before the event. 

Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest when the organizers are notified at least 24 hours before the event start time.
