An Evening with ESTAMPA
Description
Estampa | A Journey Through Jazz & World Folk
Imagine the laneways of Paris, the warmth and sensuality of South America, and the infectious joy of jazz, all coming together.
Brisbane-based Estampa brings a captivating blend of world folk and jazz, drawing on the traditions of French jazz and Brazilian Bossa Nova. With violin and vocals, guitar, accordion and double bass, their music moves effortlessly between soulful melodies, infectious rhythms and moments of pure musical exuberance.
Featuring Rebecca Karlen, Paul Henderson, John Reeves and Samuel Vincent, Estampa creates a musical experience that feels somewhere between a 1930s Parisian jazz club and the vibrant streets of São Paulo.
Join us at The Shed for an evening of beautiful music, cocktails, wine and good company.
A little Paris. A little Brazil. A lot of musical magic.
