An Evening with Mike Van De Elzen

Join us for an evening of cooking and conversation with one of New Zealand’s most loved chef, Michael Van de Elzen. He's the star of numerous TV cookery shows, including The Food Truck, Eat Well for Less, & most recently, Food Rescue Kitchen.  He runs his own lifestyle blog & cooking school just north of Auckland, and his most recent cookbook, Good from Scratch showcases his favourite healthy recipes for each season.

Mike will be demonstrating a selection of recipes from the Good from Scratch cookbook, while he chats about his life and tells stories from his culinary career.
