"To all of you, brothers and sisters in Rome, in Italy, throughout the world: we want to be a synodal Church" - Pope Leo XIV, 8 May 2025
In his very first words to the Church and to the world, Pope Leo made it clear that synodality is here to stay.
But what does it actually mean? Most people in the Church have heard the word but have had little or no experience of what it means in practice.
Christian Life Community (CLC) NSW is inviting you to an experience of synodality, to be held at Australian Catholic University from 10am-4pm on Saturday 21 June. Our facilitator is Dr Sandie Cornish, who was one of the participants at the recent Synod on Synodality in Rome. Dr Cornish will share about her experience at the global synod and will lead us through an experience of the synodal process.
Participation is $15 with lunch provided.
