An Immersive Frequency Experience

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a 2-hour intimate group meditation experience designed to help you slow down, connect inward and explore your own unique frequency experience.

Each participant will receive their own personalised Inner Voice frequencies, which you’ll listen to during the meditation in a safe and supportive small-group environment. You’ll be invited to notice how you feel emotionally and physically before and after the experience, creating space for mindfulness and self-awareness.

During the session, you’ll also have the opportunity to imprint water with an affirmation of your choice and take your unique Inner Voice frequencies home with you to continue listening in your own space.

There will be one exclusive AO Hub experience available for $45 during the session. One participant will have the opportunity to become fully immersed in a frequency experience using full-spectrum white-light goggles, headphones and a CES attachment, while experiencing three selected frequency options with their unique Inner Voice playlist overlaid.

**PLEASE NOTE** - The only contraindications for the AO Hub is a history of seizures and any active brain bleeds / injuries.

To finish, we’ll come together with light refreshments and time to ground and reconnect.
