Event description

We are excited to introduce our new Rights-Based Approach to Early Childhood Education and Care workshops!

This is a valuable opportunity to learn how to embed the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) into early childhood settings, fostering a safe, nurturing and empowering environment where children feel valued and supported. These workshops will equip educators with the knowledge, skills and strategies needed to create environments where children's rights are recognised, respected and upheld.

Meerilinga has been advocating for children's rights in the community since 1911, and we’re excited to extend this commitment through our new series of workshops. To give you a glimpse of what’s involved, we’re offering free 30-minute online introduction sessions via Microsoft Teams.

If you would like to learn more about how these workshops can support educators’ professional development, register your spot — we look forward to sharing this approach with you!
