FIRST SESSION Session 1 Monday 11th May 2026

We will look at the muscles of the gluteal that move the femur and muscles of the thigh that move femur, tibia and fibula.

Hi! I am Nathalie Paul.

I am part of the ZenThai Shiatsu therapist programme in Newcastle in 2026.

I am wanting to know the anatomy of the body to provide better sessions. Would you like that too?

This is why I am launching these online sessions for us to learn and discuss together.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

These sessions are exclusive to the ZenThai Shiatsu community.

If you are a ZenThai Shiatsu students (Level 1 or therapist student) and willing to learn, please join the sessions!

WHAT TO EXPECT

- A short meditation to arrive and settle followed by a round of names / where you are (5-10 minutes)

- One theme at a time

I will pick the theme for each night and will announce it in advance (one week before) so you can start thinking about any input you could offer, any stories that could help each of us in our journeys.

- 60 minutes together. I would love having everyone on time. Please turn off your phone, make sure you are on 'mute' and make sure you are fully present.

- I will share my learnings first with some images. Then, I will open the container for exploration and discussion.

HOW TO PREPARE

- Have a think about the theme. Prepare any relevant stories or insights you want to offer to the group. Prepare questions; knowing that I might not have the answer ;) but we can all offer answers and work on it for the next sessions.

WHEN: first session on Monday 11th May, then all sessions on Monday before the module (relatively to Newcastle Therapist Training schedule)

DISCLAIMER: I am not an Anatomy Teacher neither a Massage Therapist at this stage. I have an advanced qualification in Fitness education (BPJEPS France) and I am a graduate in Nutritional Medicine (Nature Care College). I have recently done a program with Authentic Revolution that gave me some opportunities to learn and practice the required skills of a facilitator. I have facilitated hundred of fitness classes, PT sessions, 1:1 somatic healing sessions, did run workshops and webinars.
