Anatta's Wicking Bed Mini-Blitz

Have you ever wondered how a wicking bed works?

Learn about the structure, functionality, pros and cons of wicking beds while getting hands on and helping Anatta re-construct hers in her new back yard.

We will be doing everything from removing/supressing weeds in the soil below to framing & netting above and all of the layers in between, before sharing lunch and a chat together.

Anatta completed her PDC with Pete the Permie and Kushala in 2021 and with Ben Strong has created a garden plan to turn her backyard from a grassy blank slate into a productive permaculture system. Setting up her wicking bed is her first step towards this goal.
