What to expect? This event will include...

*Welcoming you into the sacred space as you enter.
*Making your way into the circle.
*Time to sit, settle and draw guidance cards.
*Grounding breath, connecting to your body, the circle, spirit, and the earth.
*Talking and listening circle.
*Guided breath, movement, dance and sound journey with Kathy to support you to connect in with your inner voice, ancestral wisdom, ancestral linage and into the timelines past, present and future.
*Lay down, relax and integrate with a guided relaxation sound journey with medicine drum and Kathy's voice.
*Closing circle.

* * *This Far North QLD sacred woman's circle and dance journey includes a sharing circle, guided movement, breath, dance, sound and medicine drum. No dance or any kind of experience necessary. This guided journey caters to all levels. You will be guided through the whole process. Open to women of all ages and stages of life.

Willow Rose Studio (formerly known as Rose Cottage Restaurant), Brunkerville, NSW.

Approximately 40 minutes north of Gosford and 35 minutes south of Newcastle.

Willow Rose Studio is a beautiful, unique, charming and spacious timber style studio located in the beautiful town of Brunkerville, NSW. The studio is set on a 5 country acres with 1870's cirque cottage, friendly miniature goats, horses, cottage gardens and views of the Watagans mountain.Willow Rose Studio, Brunerville.

Bring
Cushion and or bolster, bottle of water, towel or sarong and mat to sit/lay on (and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable).

Optional: BYO lunch if you'd like to relax in the gardens for a picnic style lunch after the event before heading off. 

NOTE: Light refreshments will be served at the end of event but not a full lunch so BYO if you'd like something more substantial. 

Dress
Please wear clothes you can comfortably dance, sit and lay on the floor in. Wear something that reminds you of or aids you in connecting to your ancestral linage (it could be just one item even a type of essential oil, jewellery, clothing etc) Loose and flowy and airy clothing recommended.
