Anchored In - The Art of Holding Your Own
Event description
ANCHORED IN: A 3-Hour Immersive Experience to Cultivate Self-Sourced Safety & Deep Self-Trust
What if safety wasn’t something you had to search for—but something you could create within yourself?
🌿 Do you feel disconnected from yourself, unsure how to feel safe in your own body?
🌿 Struggle with self-trust, confidence, or emotional overwhelm?
🌿 Find yourself seeking external validation to feel grounded?
You are not alone—and it doesn’t have to be this way.
Anchored In is a deeply immersive 3-hour experience designed to guide you back home to yourself. Through a blend of breathwork, somatic release, nervous system education, and self-connection practices, you’ll learn how to cultivate inner stability, build an unshakable relationship with yourself, and embody a sense of safety that comes from within.
This isn’t just another workshop—it’s an experience that will shift the way you relate to yourself.
By the end of our time together, you’ll leave feeling grounded, empowered, and deeply connected to your own inner safety—no longer reliant on the external world to feel whole.

🌿ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
Danielle:
Danielle is a Breathwork & Meditation Practitioner and Empowerment & Embodiment Guide, devoted to helping women cultivate deep self-trust and inner safety. Her approach blends gentle nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and self-connection practices, creating a space where you can truly come home to yourself. With warmth and compassion, Danielle guides you to release what no longer serves you and step into a place of grounded confidence, ease, and self-sourced stability.
Joe:
Joe is also a Breathwork & Meditation Practitioner and found Breathwork when he needed it the most. He was emotionally void, tuned out of life, making the poorest lifestyle choices you can think of, and stuck in a cycle of co-dependent toxic relationships and friendships. Breathwork allowed his body to release all of the suppressed emotions and stored trauma that were driving my thoughts, feelings and behaviour. He is now a completely different person in all the right ways. Joe feels extremely privileged to share this medicine and he can't wait to take those who are willing to take the plunge on a beautiful journey at 'Anchored In'.
