• If you wish, we do have cupping sets available for purchase at the workshop:

• Parking: Ample parking is available behind Day One Training, located off Banksia Road, Caringbah 🚗

Jude Borromeo

I create my superpowers through the unconditional love of my son, Sebastian, and partner, Jacqueline. 💙 I live and breathe supporting fellow practitioners in achieving results so they can apply their newfound skills on family, friends, and clients. Working as a clinician and educator, I've been teaching at the Australian Institute of Fitness & TAFE for more than 10 years. My clinical work in Massage Therapy & Exercise Physiology since 2004 brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to your online and face-to-face courses. 📚 If I'm not burying my head in books, you can find me at Cronulla beach, having a surf or building sandcastles with my son, Sebastian. 🌊🏄‍♂️

Nina Tetzslaff

A qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, and more recently, a Functional Patterns Human Foundations Practitioner! 💪 Nina has a real love for helping people live a more pain-free life through improving dysfunctional movement with Manual Therapy and the Functional Patterns Method. If she’s not at the gym, you’ll find her down at the beach, living out her childhood dream of becoming an Iron-woman… just for fun, of course! 🏋️‍♀️🏊‍♀️
