From stars that exploded billions of years ago, all life was formed,

The atoms that shape our bodies carry the legacy of the cosmos, their origins stretching back to the birth of the universe. All elements within us are ancient, forged in the hearts of stars and scattered by supernovae.

We are literally all made of the same stuff and that stuff has ancient origins that we can tap in to.

The atoms making up your body today may have once belonged to ancient creatures, trees, or even rocks. This grand recycling connects all life and matter on Earth.

As we dance with our ancient origins, we awaken the particles of stardust within us that remind us of our capacity to break apart and reform anew.

What is currently reorganizing in you?

Returning to our ancient origins and remembering this extraordinary lineage connects us deeply to the universe and to each other.

As Rumi says "stop acting so small, you are the universe in ecstatic motion"

What to expect:

Arrival into ceremonial space where we will receive the medicine of Cacao together. Set your intention and open to what is here for you to receive.

Cacao is an ancient plant ally that supports us to shift from thinking to feeling and allows us to more easefully rewire neural pathways, so that we can create more of what we desire to experience in our lives.

Somatic Dance, this will be a facilitated movement journey, where you will be guided to connect more deeply with the layer of your body that we're working with. While there will be guidance to support your journey, there are no steps to follow and no right way to move. This is an opportunity to connect with yourself and listen to your body through movement.

As we move in new ways, we rewire outdated patterns and embody new ways of being that create powerful shifts in how we experience life.
