WEEKLY DANCE CLASSES

"Embark on a Divine Journey: Sacred Spiritual Dance"

Guided by the rhythmic heartbeat of ancient traditions and contemporary beats, participants are invited to surrender to the dance, allowing the body to become a vessel for expressing the sacred spirit. Each step and gesture is an offering to the divine, a prayer in motion that transcends the physical and touches the spiritual. Join us weekly in a safe place to unwind and release toxic blockages. 

Energy work requires optimum focus, so classes are small by design. Clothing should be loose and comfortable. For grounding practices, no shoes are required. The class is an hour, 7 pm - 8 pm. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early; doors will lock at 7:15 pm. 

'The environment is a judgment-free zone, a creative, safe space drama is checked at the door.
