Estate and Wills Info Session
Event description
Planning the future: Writing Wills and Estate Planning Info Session
Please note: Due to Anglicare WA policy regarding COVID-19 and crown density, we have limited places available. Please contact us to be informed of other similar events.
This will be an informative session discussing a range of topics within estate planning, Will writing and other legal topics and documents (power of attorney, trusts etc) that will help create clarity and comfort for you, your family and your friends when planning for this part of your future.
Culshaw Miller Lawyers, as they give back to the community, have donated their time and will present, discuss and answer all your questions. They have been leading lawyers in this area of law for many years.
Some of the conversations may be very deep and challenging for some people but it is a very friendly event that will give you peace of mind and a sense of clarity about this particular part of your life. When you leave the session, you will feel more aware and knowledgeable of the steps you need to take in your planning.
It will suit anyone considering writing any of these legal documents and in particular those that are looking to update, re-write or draught their first Will.
