Deep beneath the surface of our social conditioning lies an ancient intelligence, one encoded in every vertebra, heartbeat, muscle fiber and breath. This journey is your invitation to release the conditioned, linear ways of moving and meet that intelligence in motion.

Let your spine ripple like a panther’s.
Your breath pulse like the wings of a moth.
Your feet root like the hooves of a stag.

This is not choreography. It’s remembrance.

How does the free, wild, instinctual you wish to move?
And what patterns hold you back from doing so?

About Somatic Dance:

Somatic Dance is a facilitated free form movement journey with an intentionally curated soundscape to support you to access the feeling layers of your body.

In doing so, you have the opportunity to process stored emotion, challenge limiting beliefs and create new pathways through movement, that align with how you desire to feel and the life you want to live. 

There are no steps to follow and no right way to move, all of your expressions are welcomed.

No previous experience necessary,
Show up as you are and allow your body to guide you.

- Cushion & blanket for opening circle
