Event description

A free, fun and easy challenge that's open to everyone (but with limited spots so register now to ensure you don't miss out!)

As part of our support for Mental Health Awareness Week this year, we're running a week-long challenge to encourage people to take small actions to boost their mental wellbeing and keep burnout at bay.

Each of the challenges relates to one of Project Sunrise's core pillars (Move, Learn, Connect), as well as the 5 ways to wellbeing, which the Mental Health Foundation uses as its daily themes throughout the week (Connect, Give, Be Active, Take Notice and Keep Learning).

Different missions will give you a different number of points. Our top spots on the leaderboard will receive some awesome prizes, but anyone that participates will go into the draw to win also. It's all about taking part and giving it a go, even if you don't have much time and can only manage to complete a couple of the challenge.s

We've got some AWESOME prizes up for grabs thanks to all the local businesses who have come on board to support us - see more below).

Register via the 'Register' button, and the week before (i.e. the end of September) we'll email you with all the details on how to register for the challenge, which will use an app to track all the missions.

In the meantime, join the Project Sunrise WhatsApp community to meet others who'll be participating and get excited about what's to come!
