This workshop will be delivered via online platform - you must have access to a laptop or tablet with a camera.
This Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers of children who reside in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean or Bayswater.
Your Humanitix ticket is an expression of interest to attend.
This workshop aims to explore and give an understanding of what anxiety is.
We will discuss:
* signs & symptoms of anxiety
* how we can support our child
* understanding our own reactions
