This Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers of children who reside in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean & Bayswater.
For parents and caregivers of children aged 4 - 12 years, who reside in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean or Bayswater.
This workshop is FREE to attend.
Must have access to a laptop or tablet with a camera.
This workshop aims to explore and give an understanding of what anxiety is.
We will discuss:
- signs & symptoms of anxiety
- how we can support our child
- understanding our own reactions
