How clinicians can explore the cognitions and protective coping responses that arise when a parent’s core emotional needs feel unmet or threatened
Ways a core needs lens can complement therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Schema Therapy, ERP and ACT
Practical resources to use with parents
This webinar is best suited to clinicians working in perinatal mental health.
The session will include a 30-minute presentation, followed by 15 minutes for questions and discussion.
