Stress is part of life, but too much strss can impact our wellbeing and academic performance.

Learn how to cope with common anxiety-inducing situations in this 4-part online workshop facilitated by a Psychologist from Psychology & Wellness.

  • Anxiety: Thinking, Avoidance and Action
  • Anxiety and Procrastination 
  • Exam Anxiety 

Dates & Timing

This event is held in 4 x 1-hour sessions on Wednesdays 12:30pm to 1:30pm on the following dates: 

  • March 16
  • March 23 
  • March 30
  • April 6

You are encouraged to attend all the workshops, 1 registration covers all dates.

Mental Health March is created by UNSW Health Promotions Unit and aims to encourage the UNSW community to engage in conversations surrounding the often challenging topics of mental health and wellbeing. The team offer workshops, resources and mental health services to all UNSW Students and Staff.
