The programme of training will consist of five 2.5 hour live online meetings. The virtual sessions will be held from 6-8:30pm AEST for each of the following days:

What is Transformational Coaching?
Transformational Coaching situates itself in a different experience and paradigm of reality to the one that is widely accepted and normalised.
It engages a process of deep restoration and alignment, healing the fragmentation of mind, body and heart in which our culture functions.
We help clients break the habit of abstract conceptualisation, and over dominance of the rational thinking mind, and bring them home to what is actually happening inside them, physically, energetically and emotionally.
We do this by working from a deeply embodied state – the deepening of which happens through our own, multi-level inner work – in which we feel with great precision every dimension of what is happening inside our clients
The APAC Online Programme
In the training we will develop two fundamental alignments/capabilities:
- The ability to work from a spacious level of awareness that transcends the five senses. This opens an unconditional presence – a warm, safe holding, with deep listening and highly refined receptivity. We will call this Vertical alignment
- Synchronizing your nervous system more and more precisely with the energetic and emotional interior of your client, so that you feel every part of them, past, present and future, with increasingly refined precision. We will call this Horizontal alignment.
It is the combination of these alignments that enable the journey of Recognition – Integration – Restoration
Recognition – Seeing, articulating and aligning with the precise composition and energetic/emotional layers of the client, including and beyond all the stories and interpretations s/he may bring
Integration – Holding the space for the client to feel what has not been possible to feel before, thus integrating previously frozen layers of emotion/energy, including intergenerational layers.
Restoration – Recovery of innate Belonging, of authentic relational capacity and of connectedness to all levels of life, including purpose, meaning and expression
Classes will cover the following topics:
- Vertical and Horizontal alignment
- Understanding the emotional and energetic structure of the human being
- Distinguishing thought and feeling, narrative and energetic process
- Creating safe space and unconditional inclusion
- Attuning your nervous system so as to ‘receive’ your client at more and more subtle levels
- The importance of regulation functions such as numbness and disassociation
- Opening to the ‘whisper’ of a client’s higher potential
- Recognising and working with intergenerational streams and energy fields
- Deeper levels of mindfulness and spacious awareness, and leading meditations
- Higher functions and gateways to higher levels of insight and innovation
Between classes participants will be invited to:
- Meet virtually in 2's or 3's to practice with each other
- Review the recording of the teaching parts of the classes
- Commit to regular meditation practice
- Keep a journal related to the course
- Submit questions to Nicholas

About Nicholas
Since the age of 16 Nicholas has studied and practiced many different forms of personal and spiritual development. He works with CEO’s and senior teams globally and teaches at two of the world’s leading business schools, bringing a new vision and practice of leadership.
Nicholas has devoted his life to the study of human potential. Over the last 20 years he has gained an international reputation for his transformational coaching and leadership development seminars. He works with organisations, NGO’s and senior leaders worldwide and teaches at the IMD Business School in Switzerland. He bridges the worlds of creative, personal, spiritual and professional development in a uniquely powerful, relevant and accessible way.
In his first career he was a theatre director. He taught acting at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and directed his own theatre company. He has spent over 30 years researching the theory and the practice of ‘the zone’ of peak performance in art, life and work, and has studied and practiced multiple mind/body disciplines.
He co-founded the arts-based consultancy Olivier Mythodrama in 2001, and teaches at the IMD Business School in Lausanne, and the University of Oxford Said Business School.
His book “Leader as Healer, a new paradigm for 21st century leadership” was published in March 2022 and is available on his website.
