Brent Clark from Wattblock will have a fireside chat with Nathan Hage from the strata committee at the Zinc building in Alexandria, Sydney. This is one of the most impressive retrofits of an existing apartment building to improve sustainability in Australia. Find out how initial energy efficiency projects led to common area solar, NABERS rating, electricity monitoring devices, flat cables for EV charging backbone and Allume Solar Sharing into 45 apartments. We will also discuss future plans that Nathan has for adding batteries and heat pumps.
