About the Strategic Challenge Projects:
The Strategic Challenge projects (also known as Syndicate projects) are an important part of the Summer School, assisting participants in reflecting on the information shared by speakers, prompting them to connect with their fellow participants, developing their knowledge in new areas and strengthening their teamwork and communication skills.
The Syndicate projects are undertaken in groups of 5-6 people from across the School. The groups are formed before the start of the School based on the participant's interests in the 10x Challenge Questions from each of our 10x Executives who speak in the earlier online Executive Insights program.
Participants work in their groups during time scheduled in the School program and a limited amount of ‘after hours’ activity to jointly author a response to the Challenge question and Project brief.
You’ll have an opportunity for 1-on-5 discussions with your Executive (or their representative) and they’ll also provide feedback on your draft Board Briefing paper.
Aside from the learning and development gained working through the Syndicate Projects, the outputs of the participants efforts will impact a wide audience from the original 10x Executives that set the initial Challenges to an audience of undergraduates and graduates who will watch the live presentations, read the written briefs and asks question!
