A Place To Breathe
Description
A PLACE TO BREATHE
Life asks a lot from us.
Work. Training. Family. Responsibilities. Phones. Plans. The constant thinking about what needs to happen next.
We spend so much of our time doing.
A Place To Breathe is a space to put some of that down for a while.
For two hours, there’s nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to achieve.
We’ll breathe. We’ll move. We’ll slow down. We’ll explore the nervous system and then move into a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey I’ve created specifically for this experience.
There’s no expectation around what that journey needs to look like.
You might feel deeply relaxed. You might feel emotion. You might experience something powerful. Or you might simply enjoy getting out of your head and being present in your body for a couple of hours.
There’s no right experience.
That’s something I really believe in with this work. I’m not here to tell you what you should feel or try to force an outcome.
I’ll guide you through it, but the experience is yours.
Whether you’re someone who trains hard, runs, works a physical job, sits behind a desk, looks after a family, has a busy mind! or you simply feel like life has been a lot lately, you’re welcome here.
You don’t need to be “into breathwork.”
You don’t need any previous experience.
Just come as you are.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A New Journey Through The Breath
We’ll move into an immersive Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, using the breath to explore different states, connect with the body and create space for whatever comes up naturally.
Nervous System Regulation
We won’t just breathe hard and send you home. We’ll explore both activation and regulation, giving your system time to experience the shift and settle back down.
Connection & Presence
A couple of hours away from the usual distractions. Phones down. Nothing else demanding your attention. Just an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and share the space with others doing the same.
Grounding & Integration
We’ll finish slowly. Time to breathe normally, settle back into the body, ground and allow the experience to land before heading back into your day.
COME COMFORTABLE
You don’t need to bring half the house with you.
Yoga mats, Pillows, bolsters and blankets will all be provided.
If you have your own mat, favourite blanket, bolster or anything else that makes you more comfortable, you’re absolutely welcome to bring it.
I recommend bringing:
Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in
Water bottle
Eye mask/cover if you enjoy using one
Journal & pen if you’d like to write afterwards
Shoes will come off and we’ll spend a good part of the experience on the floor, so think comfortable rather than dressed up.
Most importantly, just bring yourself.
YOUR SAFETY & WELLBEING
This experience is for ages 17+.
Your safety and wellbeing matter to me.
Conscious Connected Breathwork can involve more activating breathing patterns and may create strong physical, emotional or psychological experiences. Because of this, it isn’t suitable for everyone and there are certain medical conditions and circumstances that require additional consideration.
Before purchasing your ticket, you’ll be required to read and agree to the participant waiver and health information.
Please read it properly and answer honestly. It’s there so we can make this experience as safe and appropriate as possible.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that may be relevant, have concerns about your physical or mental health, or simply aren’t sure whether this style of breathwork is appropriate for you, please reach out before booking.
I’m always happy to have a conversation.
Life asks a lot from us. Sometimes we need a space to put it all down.
Breathe. Feel. Reset.
See you there,
Braden
