Application to sponsor the 2025 Twilight Food Affair

About the Twilight Food Affair:

Tatachilla Lutheran College will come alive on Friday 21 March 2025 when one of the biggest community events in McLaren Vale – the Twilight Food Affair – makes it's annual return. The event now attracts upwards of 5,000 people each year.

Sponsorship application:

The Twilight Food Affair presents a wonderful opportunity for local businesses to promote themselves to the community at large and raise their profile in a lively and family-oriented space.

Tatachilla Lutheran College invites all local businesses to consider sponsoring the Twilight Food Affair by completing this sponsorship application form.

The closing date for all sponsorship applications is Friday 28 February 2025.

About the sponsorship packages:

There are three sponsorship packages available to Twilight sponsors: bronze, silver and gold. Your sponsorship may take the form of either a financial contribution or an in-kind contribution (i.e. contribution of a good or a service in lieu of money).

• Bronze sponsorship:

A bronze sponsorship involves an event contribution to the value of $1,000. Bronze sponsors receive a business mention and a logo placement on the event web-page of the college website; a business mention and a logo placement in the event media release; a logo placement on the event media wall at the venue; and a business mention and a logo placement in the college newsletter.

• Silver sponsorship:

A silver sponsorship involves an event contribution to the value of $3,000. Silver sponsors receive all the benefits of the bronze sponsorship, plus a business mention in our opening remarks at the venue; a shout-out on college social media channels; logo placement on A0 event poster at Seaford Shopping Centre; and a business mention in Twilight Food Affair paid advertorial on KIDDO magazine online channels and Kids in Adelaide online channels.

• Gold sponsorship:

A gold sponsorship involves an event contribution to the value of $5,000 or more. Gold sponsors receive all the benefits of the silver sponsorship plus a business mention in the Twilight Food Affair full page advertorial in CityMag/InDaily (March 2025).
