Applied Somatics for Practitioners training

Drawing on 7 years of service delivery, and decades of combined training and experience, we are excited to share the details of our upcoming Applied Somatics training.  

Facilitated by our Founder and Director, Jo Buick, Applied Somatics will focus on the learning and application of somatic practices that can be safely integrated into therapeutic settings, educational and learning settings, coaching, case management, peer work, embodiment/ meditation facilitation, frontline contexts, and other aligned areas of work and life. Recognising the core role of practitioner wellbeing in client and community care, we will also be focusing on the embodiment and application of skills to support the nervous system regulation and resilience of practitioners.  

Monday 24 February 6pm - 8pm (2 hours, online via Zoom) 

Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 March (9am - 5pm, full days in-person at Wxyz Studios, North Melbourne/ Naarm) 

Thursday 6 March 6pm - 8pm (2 hours, online via Zoom)
