APPS P&C Fundraising Trivia Night
Description
Alfords Point P&C are hosting this year's Trivia Night as a FUNDRAISER for NEW ATHLETICS EQUIPMENT for the Athletic's Carnival.
This equipment costs approx $13 000, and we would love to try to cover the cost of all of it.
For every $1 raised at the Trivia Night, the P&C will match it.
Come along, bring your family, friends and neighbours.
Teams can be made up of 2-8 players.
There will be plenty of games and prizes in addition to trivia.
The theme is A&P. Come dressed as anything that begins with an A or a P (keep in mind you'll need to still be Club Menai appropriate).
There are prizes for best dressed TEAM.
Prizes for best decorated TABLE.

Tickets are $20pp. Please bring some change on the night for games.
Start time is 7pm, with an area booked in the bistro from 5pm.
Club Menai also has the kids area that can be booked if you can't find a babysitter. You must book the kids area directly with Club Menai reception at your own cost.
The Trivia Night is an adults only event, however any children booked into the 7:45pm-9:45pm Club Menai Kids Area will be welcome to attend until their session starts in the kids area and we will ensure there is a break at that time.

- Do I need to have a team to attend?
No. If you are attending solo or as a small group and would like to join others, please let us know when purchasing tickets and we can help you find a team.
- Can children attend?
This is an adult only event.
There is a Kids Area at Club Menai that needs to be pre-booked and paid for with Club Menai reception.
If you intend to use this service, please book the 7:45-9:45pm session and your children will be welcome to attend the Trivia Night until 7:45pm.
- Can I bring food or alcohol?
Club Menai is a licensed venue, so no food or alcohol is permitted to be brought into the club.
- Will I be able to order from the bistro and eat during Trivia?
No, Club Menai has requested we do not have food in the function room. However, we have booked an area in the bistro from 5pm and attendees can eat dinner prior to the Trivia Night.
- Do I have to dress up?
No, you can just come as a Person if you don't want to dress up, because it starts with a 'P'.
- What if I'm not good at Trivia?
It's about having fun and for a good cause. But also, the MC's will definitely be able to be bribed for a correct answer or two.
- Do I need to bring anything to the event?
Yes. Any table decorations you'd like to dress up your table with, and extra gold coins always come in handy.
- Do I need to bring cash?
We will have 'tap payments' set up on the night to pay for extra games, etc. Club Menai also has coin exchange facilities.
