By now probably everyone here has heard of methylene blue and is aware that it is being increasingly used in the biohacking space. It is just about biohacking? In the past few years it was certainly discussed a fair bit in relation to spike protein and Covid. This week we are going to review its history and uses in the health and wellness space.
