Event description

What's happening, and why should you be there? 🤝

Join us for 3 days in community and connection over the Anzac Day long weekend. We return to Halls on Falls--a beautiful homestead a mere 90-minute drive north of Melbourne where campfires and starry nights take on a real significance. This sprawling property is shared with donkeys, Highland cows, and Bernese dogs (who live in the owners' house at a convenient distance). The animals are sociable and enjoy visitors. There is plenty of space to walk around with dams, animal pens, and woodland providing variety and solitude. Adjoining the property is a hill which offers a view of the neighbouring valley--the perfect place to watch the sunset.

This aim of this retreat is to practise self-care through physical & mindful activities, enjoy time away from the city & our regular routines, and bond with friends over collective experiences.

Facilitators will bring us through breathwork, yoga, and authentic relating exercises. More information on the structure of this event is contained in the event schedule.

We expect to come away from this retreat:

  • rejuvenated for having spent time in nature, whether in community or solitude;
  • more grounded in our goals & intentions for 2025 and how to approach them;
  • thankful for the connections & memories made with kindred spirits through shared activities; and
  • clearer on how daily mindfulness practices can enrich our physical & mental health.
