This is an online facilitated discussion, led by Dr Monique Beedles, to support you in your leadership challenges.
I've recently written and presented a paper on 'Why your people are not your greatest assets' and we'll explore this topic at our April Leadership Roundtable.
Leadership is a human pursuit and it's essential that as leaders we treat people as human beings, with the dignity they deserve, rather than as 'assets' exploited only for their economic utility.
Only then can we empower people to realise their full potential. I invite you to join me for this stimulating discussion.
