Hey there! here is your stall holder guide

Here is a few things you need to know and do not hesitate to message or email me any questions! No question is too silly. If your thinking it, someone else probably is too.

Set up -9am -latest arrival for set up is 9:30am
Market opens 10am and closes at 2pm Pack up complete by 3pm
2x people per stall- you can bring a support person Under 18’s are allowed but need to be with a supervising parent or guardian.
Stall allocations are random- but you can request to be next to a friend
Please note: there is no stall size, you simply have 2 x Large Heavy duty racks in a space, (1 rack has 3 shelves)
If you have purchased a half stall, you will have 1x large heavy duty rack in a space (no shelves)
Food and drinks available to purchase from neighbouring businesses

What to Bring ?

Clothes any age or gender, Jewellery, shoes, handbags, any accessories (BYO coat hangers)
TIP! pop all of your clothes on hangers and put in a suitcase OR trolley- takes away the heavy lifting and no need to rehang everything on arrival
Float of $100 in change- ensure you have small change and coins
For this venue unfortunately NO BYO racking or tables as we need to follow strict rules of displaying a neat and tidy shop and allow room for shoppers to browse
We are an indoor venue with Air conditioning
We will have some metal stools available for those who need to rest during the market.
Private restrooms are in the shop, available to staff and stallholders only (that way your not lining up during the market for the loo)
You can bring a small buckets of clothes or shoes that can fit under racking that is neat and tidy.
Print off your signs for your stall here Print off or you can create your own.

This venue stall will have 2x large heavy duty racks set up for you. Each rack fits 30-50 hanging items

IRON OR STEAM YOUR CLOTHES
MAKE SURE CLOTHES ARE FREE OF STAINS/IN GOOD CONDITION
ENSURE YOU HAVE SET UP YOUR PAY ID
BE REALISTIC WITH PRICING ON ITEMS

What to expect?

Racking it will be set up for you before your arrival
Posters for your stall is available and attached to this email or you can make your own
No handwritten PAY ID details or bank info, digital print offs only.
Change rooms will be available

Keep up with good hand hygiene- alcohol gel at the front of market- you can bring your own for personal use
It is recommended to take a photo of the shoppers ID or hold onto their ID or phone when they take items to go try on
Keep Hydrated, bring water and snacks

Be reasonable with pricing, would you buy what your selling for that price and quality of item
Stickers are quicker than tagging items but stickers can fall off
Count how many items you have before packing your suitcase
You represent your stall/wardrobe, wear a favourite outfit on the day, this includes favourite comfy outfit, smart footwear please
Do not clutter your stall, we are in a shopping centre, presentation and neatness is required.
Do not over fill your rack, a less cluttered rack is easier to look through.
Decorate your stall, create an inviting space, some stall holders have used fairy lights (battery operated) Unfortunately No rugs on the floor.
Unfortunately NO candles allowed.
Give shoppers space when browsing, we are encouraging stall holders not to hover shoppers but to blend in and pretend your a shopper
Bring bags for shoppers, this can be your reusable food shopping bags
Bring a friend !
