Bookings are essential and spaces are limited, so get in quick so you don't miss out!

ACTIVITY PERIOD
Cupcake Decorating: Tuesday 22nd, Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th of April

SESSION TIMES
Session 1: 11.00am - 11.30am
Session 2: 12.00pm - 12.30pm
Session 3: 1.00pm - 1.30pm

There are 20 spaces available per session, per day

LOCATION
Glenfield Mall, Level 3, Outside Farmers

TERMS & CONDITIONS (please read carefully):
- Your child must be between 3 and 8 years old to participate. Caregivers are required to remain with their child(ren) for the duration of the activity.
- There are a total of 9 cupcake and cookie decorating sessions from Tuesday 22nd to Thursday 24th of April. Each child can partake in one session ONLY so please choose carefully. Multiple bookings for the same child across both events, will result in your bookings being cancelled.
- An adult-to-child ratio of 1:3 applies - one adult (over 18 years old) to a maximum of 3 children. This allows caregivers to provide sufficient assistance to their child(ren) and helps our staff run the event smoothly.
- Please note cupcakes, cookies and decorating supplies may contain allergens.

Please ensure you are booking the correct activity, on the correct day and at the correct time. 

Please arrive 5 minutes early to your booking or notify Concierge on 09 978 9711 if you are running late. Please note, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your booked session, your space may be offered to someone else.

If you are no longer able to make your booking, please cancel it to allow other families to book your space. You can cancel your booking by clicking Manage Order through your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can email us on marketing@glenfieldmall.co.nz or call Concierge on 09 978 9711.

To ensure fair access for everyone, repeated no-shows may lead to your email address being flagged and future ticket bookings being cancelled
