CARERS SELF DEFENCE SESSION - CHELTENHAM 

Eligible unpaid Carers are invited to take some time out for themselves at this FREE respite event for relaxation and an opportunity to connect with like carers who live in your local community.

Description of the event: Carers are invited to attend a self defence session run by the Fight Back Women's Self Defence Studio. 

This will be a fun, engaging and active class with plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions in a relaxed no judgmental setting. After the session Carers will enjoy a coffee and time to mingle with other Carers.
