🌞 Sunrise Sisterhood – Alexandra Headlands Sessions

(Directly opposite The Booley Café)

Start your Tuesday with a soul-nourishing sunrise session by the ocean.
Each week, one of our beautiful facilitators will guide you through a movement-based experience—from yoga, pilates, and qigong to breathwork, fitness, dance, and meditation.

🎧 Using our Silent Sound Headsets, you’ll enjoy every word, breath, and beat—immersed in your own little bubble of peace, without disrupting the beach around us.

This isn’t just yoga, it’s a sisterhood, a movement, it's a family. 
A place to move, express, reconnect, and rise—together.

🌿 What to Bring:

• A towel or yoga mat (okay to get sandy!)

• A water bottle

• Swimmers if you’re up for a post-session ocean dip

☕ Coffee & Connection

After our session, join us off the mat for further connection with a coffee and conversation at our local cafe. 

🌧 Wet Weather Plan

We’re rain-ready! If it’s wet outside, we are blessed to have secured a gorgeous venue , join us at The House of Alcheme – 9 Golf St, Maroochydore.  

Check your email or our socials for updates on location the day before. 
Please note: As we now have a wet weather venue, refunds will not be issued due to weather.

💛 A Few Notes:

• Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour the experience.

• Sessions begin on time.

• This is a child and dog-free space, so you can fully focus on YOU.

By attending a Sunrise Sisterhood session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own body, health, and wellbeing. While our facilitators guide with care, it’s important to listen to your body and move within your limits.

Sunrise Sisterhood, Tam Moroney, and our facilitators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. You agree to assume all risks and release all parties from liability.

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions and used for promotional purposes. If you’d prefer not to be featured, please let us know before the session begins—we’ll always respect your choice.
