Cacao Ceremony

To help you attune to your heart, start the journey inward and towards relaxation

‘Self care isn’t selfish’ Workshop

An interactive workshop designed to help you prioritise self care and understand why you haven‘t in the past. Walk away with tangible tips and a deep understanding of why self-care is so important for your holistic wellness

Wholefood platter (gf, df, vegan and home made)
To nourish and fuel your body for the afternoon

Mindful body connection and movement workshop (all levels welcome and accommodated for)
To invite slow and fluid movement and stretching into your body whilst connecting to the area and what it does for you. We will slowly move throughout the body then work our way into a rest pose so you can experience the deep relaxation of yoga nidra and sound healing. Similar to yin yoga, but with a deep connection to the body part and your breath.

To blissfully relax every muscle in your body and every thought in your mind. Melting you into a state of bliss, relaxation and restoration

Ending the magical day with a connection and closing circle
